Refund Policy

 

Returns

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a possibility that the item may be damaged during transit/wrong item delivered, in that case, it has to be reported within 4 hours of delivery. Don't worry. you can write to us at help@halfcute.com or call us at +9108910862 and we will take care of it.

 

Delivery

Flowers are perishable; we will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery/ address incorrect; the second attempt/ delivery cannot be redirected to any other address, and your order will be cancelled. No refunds will be made in such a case.

 

Refund/Cancellations

HalfCute reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any transaction/order for a customer, if the product is listed at an incorrect price or are not available. In such events, if the payments have been processed by HalfCute, the amount will be refunded via the same mode of original payment and the user will be notified of the same with a reasonable mode of communication.

Please understand that the orders are processed in time slots and we accept cancellation requests and the refund processing is with reference to the status of your order. Consider the conditions stated below.

Categories: Cakes, Sweets, Plants, Flowers, Desserts, Photo Gifts
Order Checked full refund
Once the Preparation Starts 50% will be refunded
Order Prepared 40% will be refunded
Ready for Pickup (Order Packed for Delivery) 35% will be refunded
Out for Delivery 10% will be refunded

 

Packed Products
Categories: Chocolates, Party Supplies, General Gifts
Order Checked full refund
Order Prepared 95% will be refunded
Ready for Pickup (Order Packed for Delivery) 95% will be refunded
Out for Delivery 40% will be refunded

 

We do not guarantee a refund for cases where: 

  • Cakes, Flowers, Plants, Sweets, Personalised gift are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • We do not guarantee a refund if the good quality product delivered is caused damage by the improper handling of the product from the customer.

 

Once approved the refund amount will be transferred to your payment channel in 5-7 working days. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
